I witnessed the whole thing..

I had just ordered some food when
I heard someone yell "You A**Hole", looking up I saw a tall man
punch some guy as he was sitting down ( who I later learned is called
Shippley ). Shippley then stood up and turned around and looked up
at the guy that just punched him, and instead of taking the hit like a nerd,
or punching the him back like a man. The Shippley guy
instead wimped out and pulled something out of a pouch on his Santa
Belt and sprayed the man in the face like a spineless pussy.

Please post the berkeley prosecutor's name and number I will be
happy to tell him what I saw.

There was no reason for Shippley resort to using a weapon,
when someone hits you, you hit them back with your fist like a man.

so what happened in court?
