UPDATE!!!

Jessy Feraras, from the Globe & Mail is the one reporting on the story.

Napalm Santa, just spoke with "Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer" about the
details, and it turns out that Reindeer cooperated, DID NOT poke
security,and it was the Security that...

...Fucked with (Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer) Santa.

Now, the Mall may be looking at a Civil Suite that could cost the Mall
upwards of $25,000 for wrongful arrest.

Yup! Tis True.

-Turns out (and this was witnessed) that Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer was
asked to leave.
-Rudolf complied.
-While leaving, (and noticing that Reindeer Rudolf was 'left behind') the
guards nabbed Reindeer Rudolf.

Reindeer Rudolf WAS following the cardinal rule of DON'T FUCK WITH SECURITY
!!!

CEO Santa may have been nabbed also, but Santa cannot confirm this.
Reindeer Rudolf noticed CEO Santa in the Tank.

A couple of charges were laid on Rudolf then dropped.
One is still pending about "making a disturbance".

Apparently not looking the part is enough to "cause a disturbance".
Even if Santa is singing Silent Night.

Reindeer Rudolf has spoken with 'lawyer buddy' and is considering a $25,000
lawsuit for wrongful arrest.

It's a little fuzzy, because Malls are "private"-"public space".
Meaning that anyone can enter until told to leave.
As long as said individual is leaving this is OK.

So it looks like the Mall crossed the 4th Cardinal Rule.

DON'T FUCK WITH SANTA!!!
