I have an 8:00 AM Wednesday meeting, and fighting traffic to get up there earlyish is usually just crayzee (it can easily take twice as long as it should), so not sure I can do this... (not to mention that Tuesdays I do dinner with the kids...) -

We did:

The Trappist

Ruby Room
And LOTS of caroling. There's this one vestibule in a building in downtown Oakland that's amazing for caroling. At one point there was a beautiful "Ho!" that morphed into an Om...was purty magical.
The Trappist was a new one for me...great spot, delicious beer (we got the 3 Xmas brews to share).
SO much public interaction, which I guess one does a lot more of when there's only around 12 Santii.
All in all, a very successful 3rd Oakland Santacon (well, mini-con, anyway). -

One of the highlights was having a security guard (in Oakland's City Center) join hands with us as we did an all HO version of Oh Christmas Tree around their tree. Priceless.
